Set up:
Friday Night
Starting at 5:00 p.m. (see below for more details). There
will be security on site all night until 7:00 am on Saturday
morning.
Saturday morning - please,
please, please try to be in place by 9:30 a.m. - it makes it easier for
everybody.
Any
Vendors, Sponsors or
Exhibitors who plan to bring trailers (as part of
their setup) are asked to please contact us in advance so we can
arrange to book a space big enough to accomodate
you. This is very important to ensure that
you get setup in the main show area! Display
Trailers not pre-booked may be asked to park their trailers in the parking
lot, so it is important that you contact us in
advance.
